The Patient Participation Group invites you to an Education and Awareness Evening on Wednesday 23rd May, from 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm to be held at The Health Centre, Station Approach, Bradford on Avon

Nina Fry from Arthritis Care will be speaking about arthritis and the work of Arthritis Care.
