You are invited to a Diabetes Awareness Evening at Bradford on Avon Health Centre on Wednesday 6th September, 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm (plus time for questions)


It's your chance to find answers to many common questions regarding diabetes such as:

• Why is diabetes on the increase?
• Why do some people get diabetes and others don’t?
• What should I look out for? Is there anything I can do to prevent getting it?

Everyone is welcome (with or without diabetes) and the evening is suitable for all ages. Refreshments will be available.
