Opening Times

The safety of you, our patients, is still our priority and we need to continue to take more precautions than shops, pubs, schools etc. due to some patients being more vulnerable than others.

You can access our reception at all three sites (Bradford on Avon Health Centre, Winsley Health Centre & St. Margaret's Surgery), however we continue to ask patients to wait outside (or in your car) when attending for an appointment in line with our current infection control risk assessment. Should you require assistance whilst waiting please do ask a receptionist for help.

There is a video link reception screen at the main entrance at The Health Centre, Bradford on Avon.

We ask patients to continue to call on the day to request an appointment or alternatively use the online Doctor Link triage system. We offer an initial telephone or video consultation followed by a face to face appointment if deemed appropriate for your care by the Clinician. All routine Nursing procedures are offered as a face to face appointment.

You can access the surgery phonelines from:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30-18.30 (Results service open from 14:00)

Alternatively, there are a range of online services available 24/7 including appointment booking, prescription ordering and symptom assessment.

Our Doctors would like to encourage patients to continue to access our services so that we can make an assessment of the most efficient way to look after you during this pandemic. Please keep to the advice of hand-washing, face masks and social distancing but we all look forward to the time when we will return to life as normal.
